About BCVAA

Boone County Visual Arts Association (BCVAA) was founded in early 2006 to organize local artists and supporters in Northern Kentucky. The history and diversity of our members make our organization unique, and embodies the creativity and mastery each of us strive for in our artistic expression.

Mission Statement:

The mission of Boone County Visual Arts Association is "to advance, affirm and promote the visual arts in Boone County and surrounding areas, while developing opportunities for the promotion, display and merchandising of fine art by local artists."

While our efforts in the community help define us, we are also known for sponsoring marketing & exhibition opportunities for our members as we pursue our mission and promotion of our member artists. Since our humble beginnings we  have worked with organizations such as the Boone County Public Library (BCPL) and Community Enrichment Through the Arts (CETA), the Womans Art Club of Cincinnati, and many others.
